Residential Asphalt Paving

Residential Asphalt Paving

Your driveway is the first thing anyone sees of your home, and the first thing to fail when the base under it was done cheap. We tear out the old surface, rebuild and compact the base, correct the pitch so water runs away from your house, and lay fresh asphalt with our own paver. Recent projects include a 90-ton driveway in Harding and a 7,000+ square foot tear-out and repave in Mahwah.

  • Full tear-out and repaves, new driveways, and extensions

  • Base rebuilt and compacted with the right stone before any asphalt goes down

  • Pitch set so water drains away instead of pooling or running into the garage

  • Belgian block and cobblestone edging available for a finished look

Commercial Asphalt Paving

Commercial Asphalt Paving

Parking lots and drives for shopping complexes, strip malls, apartment complexes, and business centers. A failing lot costs tenants and invites slip-and-trip claims, and it only gets more expensive the longer you wait. We pave and repave commercial properties with the same crew and equipment that handle our biggest residential work.

Industrial Asphalt Paving

Industrial Asphalt Paving

Heavy-duty paving for industrial sites and work yards where the surface has to carry real weight. We build the base for the loads it will actually see and lay asphalt that holds up to trucks and equipment, not just cars.

Common questions

Before You Call

Do I need a full repave or just repairs?

It depends on the base. If the cracking is widespread or water pools on the surface, the base underneath has usually failed and a repave is the honest answer. We will tell you straight either way when we walk the property, and reviewers mention that we have recommended the cheaper option when it made sense.

How long does a new driveway take?

Most residential tear-out and repaves take one to three days on site depending on size and base condition. You will get a timeline with your estimate, and fresh asphalt needs a few days of cure time before you park on it.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Bruno Enterprises (Bruno Inc.) is a licensed and insured New Jersey home improvement contractor (NJ license #13VH13550100). You can verify the license with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.
